WELCOME TO Prosperity Business Solutions Inc.
Prosperity Business Solutions Inc. started in 2014 as an at-home business. Now we operate out of the beautiful new Rayner Agencies building at 140 810 Central Avenue in Saskatoon.
We understand growing pains and want to support our clients in their pursuit of success. We are professional, confidential, efficient, honest, and focused, and we would love to work for you.

Michelle Reaser, CPA, CGA
In March 2010, Michelle completed her bachelors degree at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology with a double major in Accounting and Information Technology. In October 2010, Michelle received her professional accounting designation with the Certified General Accountants of Saskatchewan and Certified General Accountants of Canada. In 2014, all accountants in Saskatchewan became Chartered Professional Accountants or CPA’s. This new designation brings together all CGA’s, CMA’s and CA’s under one association, to better protect and serve clients and the public.
Michelle has worked for companies in many sectors, including agriculture, manufacturing, technology, and resources. She has gained invaluable experience in the management and analysis of all sizes of organizations, from small private companies to large multi-nationals. Now Michelle wants to use the skills she’s gained to help her clients make the most of their businesses.
Corporate clients requiring tax returns and compiled financial information, or just a year end clean up, will work with Michelle.
Barry Regehr
Barry has extensive management experience in a variety of industries. He has enjoyed working in agriculture, maintenance, hospitality and bioprocessing.
With his operations management background, helping business owners find efficiencies and streamline their processes is Barry’s passion. He would love to have a chat with you about what your goals are, and help you make the most of your business!
Personal tax clients, including those with small business, farming or rental income, will work with Barry. He also co-ordinates with our bookkeeping clients on monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
